The Italian luxury fashion house Roberto Cavalli has unveiled plans for its inaugural residential project in Europe, collaborating with Cyprus-based Leptos Group on a €200 million development in Limassol.
The 30-story Cavalli Tower at Limassol Blu Marine will mark the brand's entry into the Mediterranean luxury residential market and is set to be the first Cavalli-branded property in Europe.
Situated on the Limassol seafront, the tower boasts unobstructed sea views and offers direct access to both the marina and the city’s business district. Currently in advanced stages of construction, the project is expected to be completed within three years.
This development comes as Cyprus witnesses an active expansion in its property market, with Limassol evolving into an international hotspot that beautifully blends coastal living with a cosmopolitan ambience, making it appealing to global investors and buyers.
Project Details
The tower will feature residences categorized into luxury, superior luxury, and ultra-luxury levels, all boasting sea views, expansive balconies, and top-tier amenities. Architectural highlights include a grand double-height lobby adorned with Cavalli furnishings, cascading water features, exclusive lift lobbies for residents, and a stunning 50-meter infinity pool offering panoramic views.
Designed by global architectural firm Benoy, this development is the second and final residential complex within the Limassol Blu Marine project. Show apartments are equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows, generous terraces, and smart home technology.
Exclusive Amenities
Residents will enjoy a range of hospitality-inspired services, including 24-hour reception, à la carte cleaning, personal training, laundry, gardening, interior styling, event planning, home healthcare, and babysitting services.
The development will feature 1,150 square meters of wellness facilities, which include a 25-meter heated indoor pool, sauna, hammam, treatment rooms, a cutting-edge gym, private cinema, golf simulator, and business lounge. Additionally, the site will feature landscaped gardens covering 70% of its area.
“The Roberto Cavalli brand embodies perfection derived from high fashion,” commented Sergio Azzolari, CEO of the fashion house. “This project is a seamless extension of our vision, bringing inspiration from the runways to residences.”
