Property management includes marketing and advertising your property to find the right tenants, preparing your property to reach rental potential, creating reports with indications of profitability, security of the property, and property maintenance. As part of the management department, we are pleased to offer the following services:

- Weekly inspection of the property (visual inspection of the house, checking the operation of the main units, the availability of electricity, and water, a report on the work carried out in writing with photos if necessary)
