Accordingto the Ministry of Energy in Cyprus, the results of the trial drilling will beout soon. According to the Minister of Energy George Lakkotrypis, from theresults it will be possible to construct a clear picture of how the natural recoursescould be used in the future.
TheMinister has gave a speech in the Parliament, saying that the examinational drilling of the EEZ 9 isgoing well so far and very soon it will become clear what are potentials of thereserves.
Theinspection is done by the Italian and Korean consortium - ENI-KOGAS. The sameconsortium is involved in the development processes of blocks 2 and 3.
