Sales increase in the sphere of real estate in Cyprus proceeds the fifth month in a row, both on internal, and on foreign the markets. Pathos appeared the leading city in this sphere on the island.

The city continues to play the leading role by number of the contracts with foreign buyers registered in Department of land resources and inspections of land funds that made 36% of total number of contracts. The share of Limassol made 26%. 18% of deals fall to the share of Larnaca, in Nicosia their quantity makes 10% and, at last, in Famagusta – 9% of total number.

Such volume of purchases of real estate by foreign investors in Pathos was provided, because of the program for providing residence permit, and also a new way of obtaining nationality with investments into real estate. Not the last role was played, of course, by the nature and soft climate of Paphos, and also existence of large developer companies which created nice projects with the conveniences increasing quality of life in the region.
