In Limassol, in the Germasogeia area, it is planned to builda 16-story tower 71.7 m high called “Mandarin Park, which is a mixeddevelopment of commercial and residential real estate. The project, estimatedat 16 million euros, is owned by Mandarin Park Mediterranean LTD.
The tower will consist of 36 apartments, including studios,2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments and a penthouse designed to the higheststandards. A whole technical floor, two floors for a fitness center, spa andpool, as well as a rooftop garden will be allocated. The plan also includes 98underground parking spaces, of which six will be designed for people withdisabilities, and bicycle parking will be equipped.
The proposed development falls under the urban planning ofLimassol and is located in the administrative borders of the municipality ofGermasogeia. It is located on the corner of Vasileos Georgiou I Avenue andAmpelakion Street. The other three towers — Marr Tower, I100, and Icon- are alllocated at a very short distance. Part of the existing buildings at the projectlocation, namely the abandoned aparthotel Maroza, must be demolished.
Demolition and construction work is expected to begin in 18months or two years; completion should take at least three years.
