The Cyprus Government has yet to fully declare it as aNational Park for tourist and local landowners reasons, although friends of theEarth and Green Peace are lobbying hard for it. One of the biggest attractionsof the area is Blue Lagoon. It’s a shielded bay where the crystal water isusually warmer than the rest of the area. The blue lagoon bay is sandy and notvery deep, perfect for relaxing in a natural swimming pool.
