 Due to the unstable situation in the Cyprus property market, many local developers offer alternative schemes for acquiring their properties.In fact, if there is a down payment of 30% of the value of the selected property,the remaining amount is financed by the developer himself, without the participation of the bank.

Conditions for participation in the program:

- Initial payment - at least 30% of the totalcost of the residence.

 - If it is necessary to apply for permanentresidence, the amount of the first instalment must be at least 200 thousandeuros. (according to the legislation of the Republic of Cyprus).

 - Payment schedule - in equal instalmentswithin 1.5 - 2 years during the construction of the facility. During thisperiod, the instalment plan is interest-free.

- At the request of customers, youcan make payments in larger instalments.

- During the period of the instalmentplan, the object is pledged by the developer company.

- The sale and purchase agreementis registered in accordance with the established procedure in the Land registry(Limassol Land registry).
