Those who pay the tax until October 16 receive a 10% discount. However, those who cannot pay the tax until 15 November will be assessed a 10% penalty.
You can pay a tax at the IRS office or online (via TAXISnet). It should specify the number listed on the notice. If the same owner owns several properties, all are treated as a single object, and the tax charged on their total cost.
This year, the tax rate is determined on the 1980 prices basis.
But next year, when all real estate reassessment will be completed, the taxation base will be the current value.
