Cypriots confirmed the reputation of one of the most optimistic nations of the Europe. According to a study Cyprobarometer, which was attended by 1,006 people, 9 out of 10 Cypriots satisfied with their lives.Amazingly, 24% of respondents expressed confidence that the state of the Cyprus economy will improve in the current year. Most optimistic were residents of Limassol with index 29%.
The question about how respondents would have ordered at their disposal free money, 40% said they would spend it to buy land, 20% would give money to their children, and 14% would refer them to the bank, and 12% would buy apartment or house. Intention to purchase property in the next year or two, 22% of respondents expressed. As the price of real estate, 52% of Cypriots believe that the cost of apartments, villas and land drops. 26% believe that the level of real estate prices will remain unchanged, and 20% believe that prices will certainly rise.
