Following a contract with Marriott International, Inc., The Landmark Nicosia Hotel will become a part of Autograph Collection Hotels. The hotel will reopen as "The Landmark Nicosia, Autograph Collection" at the end of 2024, becoming the first establishment in Cyprus to join the global hospitality network, according to a business news release.
The extensive The Landmark Nicosia development project has several facets, one of which is the hotel's refurbishment. The project also involves the creation of subterranean parking facilities, the renovation of the nearby park, and the construction of two magnificent towers near the hotel that will house offices and residents.
Along with a variety of upscale lodging choices, the property's features include two outdoor and one indoor swimming pools, a trademark pool bar, gardens, tennis courts, a fully equipped gym, a state-of-the-art spa, two acclaimed signature restaurants, and upscale shopping malls.
